'The Music Man' interview
Meredith Wilson's 'The Music Man' is one of my favorite shows I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Throughout my career, I have performed in the show twice. The first time was my sophomore year at Belhaven University. I played the Train Conductor, then I became part of the ensemble, and I was the understudy for Tommy Djilas. My second time doing the show was at Black Rose Theatre in Brandon, MS. I originally auditioned for the role of Tommy Djilas, however, the director felt I was better capable of playing Marcellus Washburn. Along with accepting that role, I also served as one of the Dance Captains.
